Can you guess which two young stars have made the list of Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the world? It may surprise you but Justin Bieber and Blake Lively have joined Time’s list of the most influential.
Justin the young teenage pop star and Blake Lively the Gossip Girl star have joined media stalwarts like Oprah Winfrey and US President Barak Obama as well as Britain’s Prince William and Kate Middleton. Bieber’s mentor Usher put together a tribute piece about the young pop star for the magazine. He admits that the minute he met Justin he knew that Bieber possessed a certain confidence that seems to be only evident in those meant to be stars. The reality of Justin Bieber’s talent and what he has accomplished has so far exceeded all expectations of him. Thus Usher believes Bieber is truly a star.
Praise was also heaped on the praise for Blake Lively by movie maker Baz Luhrmann who said that Lively has the ability to channel vitality of youth – that indefinable, natural and possessing a certain type of glamour. Prince William and Kate Middleton have made the list ahead of their upcoming wedding next week on April 29th 2011. The list also included Oscar winner Colin Firth, singer Bruno Mars, actor Mark Wahlberg and Glee’s Chris Colfer. What do you think of this list?
