Justin Bieber Smarts Off to 'Time' Magazine (VIDEO)

For TIME magazine's special TIME 100 issue, they asked teen sensation Justin Bieber who he thought was the most influential person of 2011, and his answer was ... Charlie Sheen. Really, Justin?
So either Justin Bieber is totally jealous of the way Charlie Sheen racked up over a million Twitter followers in one day (NOTE TO JUSTIN: But he did it with "crazy") because his own near 1 billion followers (to Charlie's 3.6 million followers) isn't rad enough -- or he's just joshing us. I'm guessing the latter.
Hmm, the kid gets a cute new haircut and a bazillion followers, and thinks he's earned the right to be a total smartass to TIME magazine.
"[Charlie Sheen] got a million followers on Twitter in one day, and I've never seen that happen," Justin tells TIME. "Plus, he's got tiger blood, and he's always winning." See his answer for yourself.
